Position Overview:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services, while maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with both team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough and efficient cleaning services to clients Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Take direction and feedback from Team Leads to ensure quality and consistency Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients Help create a positive and welcoming experience for clients' in their homes

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to be respectful, friendly, and professional with clients Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
