Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

JOB PURPOSE
Clean and maintain campus academic and administrative buildings.
JFNTMP ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine duties include clean and disinfect restrooms, clean classrooms, laboratories, offices and public spaces. Trash removal. Seasonal snow removal as necessary at all assigned buildings entrances.
COMPETENCIES
Ability to communicate verbally and written.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Graduate or GED and one year of custodial work experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of custodial work experience
