Vault is hiring Kitchen Team Members! We're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our kitchen team at Vault in Hot Springs. We currently have opportunities for Line Cooks, Porters, and Dishwashers with room to grow for the right people. Whether you have years of kitchen experience or are looking to get your foot in the door of a professional kitchen, we're interested in people who show up, work hard, stay organized, and want to be part of a strong team.

Starting pay:

$15/hour and up, based on position and experience. Positions Available Line Cooks Prepare and execute dishes to Vault's standards Maintain a clean, organized station Work efficiently during high-volume dinner service Follow recipes, portioning, sanitation, and food-safety standards Previous professional kitchen experience preferred Porters / Prep & Kitchen Support Assist with receiving, organization, prep, cleaning, and general kitchen operations Keep storage, prep, and work areas clean and organized Support the cooks and chefs wherever needed Ability to lift, carry, and stay active throughout a shift Dishwashers Maintain clean dishes, cookware, equipment, and work areas Keep the dish area organized and moving efficiently during service Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties No restaurant experience required—we can train the right person What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work nights and weekends Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Vault is a chef-driven restaurant with a team that takes food and hospitality seriously.
