Responsibilities Prepare and assemble fresh ingredients to ensure quick service and high-quality sandwiches. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining space, and kitchen equipment, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Assist in serving customers at the counter, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Support food safety practices by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for all team members. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus; training will be provided if needed. Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills.
