Job Description

Responsibilities Kitchen Server:
Server is responsible for reviewing orders from restaurant patrons on the Kitchen Display Screen, plating their meals and To-GO orders. You will deliver food to tables for dine-in customers and assist chefs in the kitchen. Their duties include updating the chefs and front staff of low inventory items and communicating with kitchen staff about made to order items. Working effectively with the kitchen team, and complying with company procedures and food safety policies. Preparing workstation with required ingredients and equipment, and keeping station sanitary and organized throughout the shift. Preparing ingredients following recipes and guidelines, if needed. Basic cooking responsibilities, if needed. Ensuring ingredients are tagged, date-labeled, covered, stored, and rotated effectively. Overseeing food levels and restocking items on time. Keeping utensils and equipment clean and sanitary. Establishing stock levels at end of shift and capturing information on standardized stock sheets. Light prepping and cutting up of bell peppers, peeling potatoes, cutting onions, etc. Wash dishes, mop and wipe down surfaces after each shift Qualifications Must have or obtain Food Handler's Card prior to start date. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be pleasant, smile and exhibit excellent customer service. Must be able to work and handle fast paced environments and must be able to stand for long periods at a time.
