Duties Prepare food items efficiently and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions, order processing, and cash handling Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including food prep areas, kitchen equipment, and dining surfaces Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation needs Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper handling, sanitation, and storage practices Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Support team members during busy periods by providing excellent customer service and efficient order fulfillment Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during overnight shifts Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or cashier operations is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and order calculations Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation protocols is desirable but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
