Job Summary:

As a Kitchen Staff member, you'll work alongside our chefs to prepare, cook, and plate traditional and modern Korean dishes. You'll ensure all food is made to our quality standards while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with prep work (cutting vegetables, marinating meats, making sauces) Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies
