Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Support cooking processes by following safety guidelines and ensuring food safety standards are met at all times Handle food service duties such as serving guests, bussing tables, and supporting waitstaff when needed Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions accurately Aid in banquet setup and service to ensure timely delivery of meals during events or large gatherings Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
