This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to food manufacturing operations, adhering to strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards. As part of our seasonal team, you'll gain valuable experience in food processing and manufacturing management while supporting a fast-paced production environment. Your dedication will help us deliver exceptional products that meet regulatory and customer expectations. Duties Assist in food processing and packaging operations, ensuring all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. Follow FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other safety standards in production. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety requirements. Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with assembly tasks under supervision, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and adhering to quality assurance protocols. Manage documentation accurately within SAP (Systems Applications and Products) for inventory control, batch tracking, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment and managing regulatory/legal compliance standards in production. Experience Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety management practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with food & beverage production processes, packaging techniques, and sanitation procedures is advantageous. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements, quality checks, and inventory management. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams within a food processing plant will be considered a strong asset. Demonstrated understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food processing is essential. Pay:
