You'll have opportunities to: Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items Learn multiple kitchen stations and responsibilities Assemble orders accurately and efficiently Follow food safety and quality standards Keep kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized Restock ingredients and supplies Work alongside your team during busy periods Complete opening responsibilities and help prepare the restaurant for the day Learn additional positions as you develop What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Are dependable and consistent Bring a positive attitude Enjoy staying active and working with a team Are motivated to learn and improve Can follow procedures and pay attention to detail Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Take pride in producing quality work Have consistent early-morning/opening availability Can stand for extended periods and meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 30-50 lbs as needed Your Starting Position Doesn't Have to Be Your Ending Position.
