Job Overview We're looking for a versatile team member who can handle both Barista and Kitchen duties, ensuring smooth collaboration across stations. Barista Duties Operate the cash register and handle transactions. Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages to standard. Keep the barista station clean, organized, and stocked. Kitchen Duties Prep and prepare food in accordance with food safety regulations. Maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas. Assist with cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and keeping work areas tidy. Experience Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
