Role:
This is a full-time, showroom-based position working directly alongside one kitchen remodeling salesperson. You'll become the salesperson's right hand, helping manage the details that keep customers, designs, and projects organized and moving forward. What You'll Do:
Work directly with one salesperson as their dedicated sales and design support Assist with kitchen designs, layouts, measurements, and design details Prepare for customer consultations and showroom appointments Help customers with cabinetry, countertops, hardware, fixtures, finishes, and other selections Organize estimates, proposals, contracts, change orders, and project paperwork Review measurements, selections, pricing, and contract details for accuracy Maintain organized customer and project files and track outstanding items Schedule and confirm customer appointments and assist with showroom appointments as needed Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer emails, questions, and follow-ups Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members Keep samples, displays, catalogs, and sales materials organized Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that allow the salesperson to focus on customers and sales

Experience:
Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, interior design, remodeling, construction, customer service, project coordination, showroom operations, or sales support is a plus but not required. For the right person, organization, attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn are more important than direct industry experience. Why Keane Kitchens? We're a family-owned company where quality, integrity, attention to detail, and customer relationships matter. You'll work side-by-side with an experienced kitchen salesperson and gain hands-on experience with kitchen design, remodeling, cabinetry, customer relationships, and the sales process. If you're someone who loves organization, design, working with people, and making sure the details are done right, we'd like to meet you. Interested?
