Duties:

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage techniques.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
