Dumpling Prep :

Prepare, assemble, fold, and steam the dumplings that our guests know and love. Working in our show kitchen, you'll help showcase the star of our menu while playing a key role on the kitchen team and in the overall guest experience.

Bun Prep :

This role ensures product quality, consistency, and food safety by following Din Tai Fung recipes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulatory requirements

Meat Prep :

Responsible for receiving the meat, checking the quality, butchering and preparing the meat in accordance with Din Tai Fung's procedures.

The Warehouse Associate supports the daily operations of the warehouse and production supply chain, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.

Packing Associate :

Responsible for moving, sorting, vacuum-sealing, and packaging goods at our food processing kitchen and warehouse. Packing Associates work well independently and in a group setting, with and without supervision, and can carry out all responsibilities in a timely manner.
