Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting food handling activities to ensure a tidy environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and reduce wait times Support food safety protocols by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are necessary Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude; ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and cleaning Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Join us as a Restaurant Crew member where your energy fuels our success!
