Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and food running to ensure timely service and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including counters, utensils, equipment, and dining spaces through regular cleaning routines Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for incoming guests Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely according to proper lifting practices to move supplies and equipment Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling, storage, and preparation processes Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions accurately Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Experience with food running, serving, and guest services in banquet or restaurant settings Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude to support busy kitchen operations Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
