Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately Support cooking processes by helping chefs during meal service and ensuring timely delivery of dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Handle food handling tasks responsibly, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Experience with banquet service or large-scale food handling is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Hospitality experience or hotel background can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
