Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely service Cook and prep menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods and special events like banquets Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold high standards of guest service and safety Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and serve guests efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
