We are looking for an ambitious Kitchen Prep Cook to assist in the creation of the components of our wide array of dishes. AM availability is a must! This person must have at least 6 months of experience prepping food in a restaurant kitchen.

REPORTS TO

Executive Chef & GM Main Duties:

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible Takes stock of current inventory and prepares daily prep list. Keeps work space clean and neat during service.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds Must be able to spend 100% of work standing About Us!
