• Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate (Must be attached to application at the time you submit your application).
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in large quantity food preparation, serving in a cafeteria or restaurant OR
• Six (6) months experience as a Kitchen Assistant or a Snack Bar Attendant and three (3) months training or substitute experience as a Kitchen Operator for Fontana Unified School District
