We're all about great food, great customer service, and creating a fun, laid-back environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work in different areas of the shop including the register, sandwich line, food prep, dining room, and other daily operations. Responsibilities Greet every guest and provide friendly customer service Take customer orders accurately Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Cheba Hut standards Handle food safely and maintain a clean workspace Restock food, supplies, and service areas throughout the shift Keep the lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and workstations clean Complete opening and closing duties Communicate and work well with other team members Follow all food safety and company policies Help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests Complete assigned cleaning and side work without needing constant reminders What We're Looking For Positive attitude Reliable and on time Good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn multiple positions Able to work well as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Able to stay productive during both busy and slower periods Weekend and evening availability is a plus Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required .
