Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order taking, payments, and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers effectively Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food prep, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours to ensure smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with quick service or fast food restaurant operations is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and POS transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café or retail store environment is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
