In this role, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring high standards of food quality and service. You will be responsible for various tasks that support the overall operations of the restaurant, from food preparation to customer service.

• Must be willing to transfer within a 15 mile radius. Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all food items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Help with inventory management by assisting in stock checks and maintaining proper storage of food items.
• Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Requirements
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
