The Kitchen Staff member will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to company standards, maintaining food quality, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily food production, including cutting, marinating, portioning, and organizing food items. Cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Monitor food inventory and notify management of low stock levels. Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining quality and consistency. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous kitchen, food preparation, or cooking experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and food quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
