Full Job Description Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back of House Crew Member to join our team. Our Irvine location is a ghost kitchen, serving take-out and delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities:
To-Go Packing:
Prepare and pack food orders for take-out and delivery in a timely manner Ensure accuracy and quality of orders, verifying contents and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go packing station Monitor and restock supplies, including containers, utensils, and packaging materials Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment Ensure refrigerators storage areas are tidy and organized
General Responsibilities:
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Process and manage online through our POS system Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and management Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods Basic math skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality Knowledge of POS systems and food packaging procedures Certification in food safety and sanitation Business Hours /
Shift Information:
Currently looking to hire for Tuesday closing shift 3:00pm
  • 8:00pm, with on call availability (Open shift 9:45am
  • 3:00pm, Closing shift 3:00pm
  • 8:00pm)
  • open on holidays
