Th e City of Commerce Camp Program is located at Lake Arrowhead, CA. Under general supervision, provides entry level food service duties in support of Camp Commerce, including cleaning kitchen and dining areas, in compliance with health department regulations. The following duties ARE NOT intended to serve as a comprehensive list of all duties performed by all employees in this classification, only a representative summary of the primary duties and responsibilities. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed and may be required to perform additional, position-specific duties. Cleans kitchen and dining areas; maintains clean and sanitary conditions in facility in order to ensure the highest degree of cleanliness of food production and service areas. Cleans dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment; cleans tables, chairs, floors and surfaces; assists in setting up dining areas and beverage service centers for meals. Recognizes, avoids, and reports unsafe conditions, accidents and injuries. Performs related duties as assigned.
