Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled and reliable Event Cooks, Prep Cooks and/or Warehouse Associates to join our culinary team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for finishing and plating menus onsite at exciting events, assist with food prep at our main kitchen, and support warehouse operations. If you are independent, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Essential Functions)
Event Execution:
Cook onsite to execute event menus perfectly, carve and display food beautifully, and keep service lines fully replenished.
Quality & Safety:
Collaborate with on-site culinary team, follow instructions to quickly and consistently plate designed menus while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. Requires sharp sensory skills (working taste buds, ability to smell, and clear vision) and strong manual dexterity for precise cutting, chopping, dicing, and decorating. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a loud, busy kitchen environment around hazards like hot surfaces, sharp knives, and slippery floors. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse distribution and logistics operations aligned with company standards
What We Are Looking For Education:
A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional catering experience.
Language Skills:
Full fluency in both English and Spanish.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact warmly and professionally with event guests.
License:
A valid California Class C driver's license with a clean DMV record (some travel required).
Tech Skills:
Good basic computer skills, including experience with Mac, MS Office, and email. $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
