In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food service experiences by preparing delicious menu items, managing customer orders with precision, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate cash register to process customer orders accurately and swiftly. Manage customer transactions including cash handling, processing cash and card payments, and issuing receipts with attention to detail. Provide friendly, attentive service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering customer questions to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, kitchen equipment, and food prep zones to uphold food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other food preparation tools. Support retail sales transactions when applicable by assisting customers with product selections or merchandise inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper handling of food products. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation procedures diligently.
