KNOWLEDGE OF

Safety and sanitation procedure related to food preparation and serving. Care and use of standard food service equipment. Method of quantity food preparation, serving and storage. Cashiering and record keeping. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. Proper lifting techniques.

ABILITY TO

Compute food quantities required by menu items. Prepare and serve food in accordance with health and sanitation regulations. Wash, cut, slice, grate, mix and assemble food items and ingredients. Apply and explain policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Meet schedules and time lines. Follow oral and/or written instructions. Maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the performance of required duties.
