Responsibilities Assist customers with product questions and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Duties for this position include but are not limited to: restocking inventory, preparing ingredients for the deli, make sandwiches and juices, use deli slicer, and take orders at meat department . Also includes maintaining a clean and organized work are such as: sweeping, dusting, washing of windows and some dishes when required. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with their purchases Support store operations through phone etiquette, communicating clearly with customers and team members Experience Previous deli experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; bilingual abilities are required for serving diverse customers; (in other words, must be bilingual and fluent in both languages) Demonstrated ability to perform math accurately for interactions

Pay:
