Wake and Late (W&L) is looking for

OVERNIGHT COMMISSARY TEAM MEMBERS

for our Commissary Kitchen in

PASADENA.

We are obsessed with creating the best products (burritos, bagels, pastries, sandwiches, and beverages) and sourcing the best ingredients, with a focus on providing inspired service and maximum hospitality, always! We are searching for passionate, energetic, and dynamic commissary prep to help take our Wake and Late Commissary Kitchen to the next level with an emphasis on learning and growing everyday to become the most effective and efficient prep team. This will be a full-time role (30-40 hours weekly), with ideal evening/overnight working hours from 8pm - 4am. Our

OVERNIGHT COMMISSARY

team members are responsible for all aspects of prep, production, and crushing projects on-time and on-schedule. The ideal candidate for our commissary prep team brings a dynamic energy, a willingness to learn and grow, and a desire to contribute to a very busy Commissary Kitchen and delivery schedule.

8pm - 4am
