Our restaurant is located in Rancho Cucamonga. Saturday and Sunday, 2 days a week Our restaurant is focused on bringing an excellent and exciting dining experience to Rancho Cucamonga. We are looking for energetic, individuals with a passion for rolls, and sushi who experience as Sushi Chef.

Responsibilities:

Need to Prepare Sushi, Rolls, and other food items with high quality and our standard. Maintain a clean sanitary work area. Check freshness and quality of ingredients Re-stock goods and food products. Follow proper recipes and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience of at least 1 year as a sushi chef Passion for food and strong knife skills, cooking techniques Strong communication skills and sense of urgency
