Responsibilities:

Assist the sushi chef with daily preparation and station setup. Prepare ingredients for sushi rolls and other sushi bar dishes. Help make rolls and plate dishes as directed. Keep the sushi station clean, stocked, and organized. Follow food safety and proper food handling standards.

Qualifications:

Previous sushi preparation experience preferred. Basic knife skills and attention to presentation. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to work efficiently and cooperate with the team during busy service periods.

Pay:

$25+ per hour for experienced candidates, depending on experience and skills.
