We're a small, family-run business with a passion for excellence and customer service. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will support daily café operations as well as catering preparation. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, desserts, and catering items Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, prep area, and storage spaces Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Support baristas and front-of-house staff during peak hours Help with dishwashing and general cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work weekends and mornings What We Offer Part-time or full-time hours available Employee discounts on food and drinks Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of café and catering operations Friendly, supportive team environment
