Near Levi's Stadium, Santa Clara, CA We are a fast-growing self-service hot pot restaurant looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. Responsibilities Cook Malatang orders according to restaurant procedures Prepare soup bases and make sure ingredients are properly cooked Answer basic customer questions about ingredients, soup bases, spice levels, and restaurant procedures Refill and maintain the self-service sauce station Refill supplies and ingredients as needed Clean and wipe tables Keep the dining area and customer-facing areas clean and organized Assist with basic food preparation Keep the cooking station clean and sanitary Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help with other restaurant duties as needed Requirement Must be able to communicate with customers in English Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus Reliable, responsible, and punctual Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working around heat, steam, and boiling water Able to stand for extended periods Good teamwork and communication skills Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee meals Friendly work environment Growth opportunities for motivated team members If you are interested, please send us your name, availability, and any previous work experience.
