We are seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals to support all back-of-house roles — including dishwashers, line cooks, and kitchen managers-on-duty . Our kitchens focus on high-quality, scratch-prepared food served alongside our award-winning craft beers. The menu features Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas, seasonal salads, and small plates prepared in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to Fieldwork recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams during service Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed Support kitchen leadership with maintaining quality and efficiency during busy service periods Qualifications Weekend and holiday availability required Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred but not required for entry-level roles Interest in developing culinary, leadership, or hospitality skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and consistency Spanish language skills are a plus but not required Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States . A California Food Handler Card is required within 30 days of hire .
