Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies and other food items efficiently, maintaining consistency and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support team members with bussing tables, food delivery within the restaurant, and general restaurant upkeep to ensure a smooth operation Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly required Familiarity with POS systems such Toast for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order totals Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
