Full Job Description Rates:
$22-$27/hr (This includes Tips) Hello! We're looking for an experienced, focused, and high-energy experienced Expediter to join our team. We run an extremely high-volume kitchen where timing, precision, and communication are everything. If you thrive under pressure and love the challenge of staying in control when things get hectic, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Be the central communication point between the kitchen and front-of-house Manage the flow of dozens of tickets at once - accurately and efficiently Ensure every dish meets timing, quality, and presentation standards Keep the expo line clean, organized, and relentlessly moving Maintain calm, clarity, and control in a loud, fast, and sometimes chaotic environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous expo experience in a high-volume restaurant is required Minimum 1-2 Years working as an expediter. Fast decision-making, clear communication, and serious multitasking skills Ability to stay cool and focused under pressure - this is a very stressful position A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency Someone who can lead by example and help drive service Fluency in both English and Spanish.
