We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pizzeria, with a strong focus on food preparation and menu planning. As a Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Utilize various kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and knives, to create high-quality dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in menu planning by providing input on new pizza recipes and seasonal offerings.
