Union City, CA (restaurant + mobile food truck shifts) We are hiring dependable and hard-working team members to support both a fast-paced chicken restaurant and a high-volume smash burger food truck. This role is ideal for individuals who can stay focused under pressure, work well with a team, and take pride in consistency and speed. We are hiring for both restaurant and food truck roles. Candidates should be comfortable working in either environment, though placement will be in one location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble food quickly and accurately Take and process customer orders using a POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, truck, and service areas Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Work efficiently during high-volume rush periods Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 lbs Availability for evenings and weekends preferred Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
