Job description: Line Cook / Dishwasher / Food Runner Mala Town - Union City Hiring Immediately We are hiring experienced Line Cooks, Dishwashers, and Food Runners to join our team at our San Mateo location. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Line Cook Prepare and cook food according to company standards Follow recipes, portioning, and prep procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed Dishwasher Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently Keep dish area clean and organized Support kitchen team with cleaning tasks Food Runner / Busser Refill and replace food items in the display case Monitor food freshness and food levels throughout the shift Restock items when they reach 1/3 remaining Keep the display area clean and organized Support the front-of-house team during busy hourss Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Spanish/English bilingual preferred
