Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Energize your career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in a dynamic educational environment near Union City, CA. This contract position is ideal for dedicated professionals who thrive on helping children and adolescents reach their fullest potential. You'll make a significant impact by providing individualized support, collaborating with a skilled team, and applying evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RBT certification in good standing Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement intervention plans and collect accurate data Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or designated supervisor Assist with implementing individualized education and behavioral plans Track and document student progress through accurate data collection and reporting Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to achieve student goals Support positive classroom behaviors and address challenging behaviors constructively Participate in meetings, ongoing training, and professional development as needed As part of this rewarding contract role, you'll gain hands-on experience, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a team that values your expertise.
