• Maintain clear communication channels between the kitchen and front-of-house team to guarantee efficient service.
• Assist in final food preparation, garnishing dishes, and verifying order accuracy before serving.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Support the kitchen team by helping with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a banquet, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and basic cooking techniques is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
