Every Little Thing is looking for motivated, health-conscious individuals to join our Smoothie Team as we expand our hours into dinner service. Located in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood, Every Little Thing is a fast-casual eatery serving smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, toasts, hot protein bowls, adaptogenic lattes, coffee, and tea. Our menu is health-centric, refined sugar-free, and packed with superfoods —because we believe food should taste great and make you feel even better. What You'll Do Prepare and serve smoothies and smoothie bowls with consistency and attention to detail Provide excellent customer service when bringing smoothie/smoothie bowls to the FOH. Wash, prep, and organize fresh produce for smoothies and bowls Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized smoothie bar area Assist with inventory by restocking ingredients and communicating low-stock items Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation Complete daily checklists throughout your shift What We're Looking For Previous food service or smoothie/coffee bar experience preferred (but not required) Positive, team-oriented, and can-do attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand for 6+ hours, and work weekends/flexible shifts Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S. Comfort working around food allergens (almonds, cashews) Perks 50% off all food at The Green Collective anytime 50% off retail items 2 free shift drinks Paid training (with free training meals) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Fun, supportive team culture + team outings
