What you will do:

Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a customer for life Learn to prepare all in house recipes from scratch Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments Master the art of slow, smoked, BBQ Learn the craft of southern cooking and hospitality Work with like minded team to create a fun and exciting work culture Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand and follow direction from others. Ability to read recipes, absorb processes and replicate food production procedures. Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. Ability to engage with customers and coworkers. Show up clean, on time and ready to work. Must have a team mentality. Prior experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation & secure housing Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
