Job Description

About Us:
Get Plattered is a fast-growing specialty food business in downtown Fort Collins focused on high-quality cheese and charcuterie boards for events and everyday occasions. We are entering an exciting new phase and are building a strong team to help grow the business moving forward.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Platter Master to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving food prep, platter assembly, customer service, and supporting daily operations.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and assemble charcuterie boards and platters Maintain high standards for presentation, cleanliness, and food safety Assist with inventory, prep, and organization Take and fulfill customer orders (in-store, phone, and online) Deliver excellent customer service Occasionally assist with local deliveries
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and reliability Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work weekends and holidays Bonus (not required): Food service or kitchen experience Knife skills / food prep experience Customer service background
Schedule:
Part time hours Tuesday-Saturday (primarily weekday afternoons and full shift Saturday) Additional hours possible during busy periods
Compensation:
$15/hr + very strong tip potential
