Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support kitchen operations through food prep, stocking supplies, and managing food safety practices Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
