Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Take and process orders accurately via POS systems Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service counters Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending Join our team at Chick-fil-A Longmont where your contributions make a difference.
