As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service to every guest, every time. Welcome all guests with an enthusiastic greeting. Be knowledgeable of our products and have the ability to describe and recommend our offerings. Process orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system and follow proper cash handling procedures. Adhere to all uniform policies and standards. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and maintain restaurant cleanliness. Perform the functions of all workstations. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during operating hours. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in food preparation or service industry roles is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate verbally with a wide variety of individuals. Ability to read and comprehend written information. Ability to multitask. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment. Experience in sales or upselling within the food service industry is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and safety regulations. Work Environment:

Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day). Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying of objects with both hands. Must be able to lift 30 pounds overhead, 40 pounds chest height. Must be able to reach objects up to five feet high.
