Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Team member and be a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and assist with various kitchen operations to ensure smooth service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including counters, equipment, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support bussing and food running duties to ensure timely delivery of dishes from kitchen to guests Handle manual lifting tasks safely when moving supplies, ingredients, or equipment, following proper lifting practices to prevent injury Assist with food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Support restaurant operations by serving guests at the counter or in-person customer service stations with professionalism and friendliness Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols is essential Experience with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, bussing, and heavy lifting is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently during busy periods Familiarity with POS or Square POS is a plus A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this energetic role
Pay:
